JaNelle Duhon, MS, BST, CACII

Executive Director

Janelle is the founder and CEO of Recovery Resources. In her role as the Founder and CEO, Janelle oversees Recovery Resources’ leadership team and day to day operations.  

Janelle Duhon started her career in addiction working in an acute detoxification center. Detox is the starting point for recovery. Janelle’s determination to help people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges became her passion. Janelle has a master’s degree in Science and is a Certified Addiction Counselor II (CACII). Janelle is also a trained Brain Synchronization therapist. She specializes in trauma and substance use.

Janelle moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2011 to pursue her equestrian dream. The equestrian dream came true! Janelle currently owns Lady Gabrielle, Annie and a lovely donkey named Nacho. In her spare time, Janelle loves riding her horses and spending time with her Boston Terrier, Lizzie. Her hobbies include horseback riding, hiking, camping, backpacking, boxing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, and snow climbing.

Beth Berkeley, MA, LPC, CACIII

Chief Clinical Officer

Beth has a master’s degree in Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor III. She works with individuals, couples, and families. Her specialty is family members and friends who have a loved one who uses alcohol or drugs. If you or your loved one has a problem with the use of substances, she is happy to talk with you about change and the possibilities of a new way to live. She provides compassionate counseling to work through thoughts, feelings and behaviors. She holds space for clients to learn healthy coping, calming, and communication skills to live more fully. Beth uses various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. At each session, she provide skills to practice between appointments so that you have tools to achieve your goals. Beth is currently accepting new clients.

Gladys Martinez-Augello, LAC, MSW

DUI Director

Gladys has a Master Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a Bachelor’s in Social work from Metro-State College in Denver Colorado. Gladys also is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and has MAC. Gladys has worked in the substance Abuse for over 20 years and has worked in Aspen over ten years as Addiction Counselor. She has been managing the Aspen DUI program since 2011 providing DUI education and DUI therapy treatment.

Brenda Snider, QMAP, CAC in training

Director of Outreach

Brenda is a Colorado Native. She has lived in various mountain towns her entire life and has calling the Roaring Fork Valley home for the last 18 years. She loves being outdoors and feels her best when out in nature. She was once asked if she ever got board or tired of living here? She replied “No, look around. Everyday day, every moment in the mountains is different and I wouldn’t change the view for anything.”

Brenda was given the gift of desperation in 2011 leading her to become a member of an anonymous program that same year. She started working in the recovery field in 2012. She is a Certified Urine Collector (CDOT Testing), has her QMAP certification and is currently working on her Certified Addiction Counselor courses and hopes to have her CACII by 2020.

Brenda is an active member of the recovery community by attending meetings and working her own program of recovery based around The Twelve Steps. Her sobriety date is 3/13/2015. Having lived through the worst of drug addiction and alcoholism herself she offers hope to the still suffering addict and alcoholic.  She is a prime example that recovery is possible and that it is achieved one day at a time.

In her spare time Brenda loves spending time with her two children and her two dogs enjoying all the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. Some of her hobbies include hiking, biking, snowboarding, crocheting, knitting, and weaving.

Vicki Kenney
Director of Human Resources

Vicki has been married 25 years and is raising her 13-year-old daughter.

Vicki has over 20 years experience working in Human Resources and accounting. Vicki's has a Bachelor's degree in business.

Vicki's mantra is that every person has the same worth. We all put our pants on one leg at at a time. Every individual should be treated equally. Vicki is passionate about helping people, treating people with respect, dignity and lots of love. Although Vicki is in an administrative capacity, she fills in during special events and has the opportunity to help people that are in need.

Vicki loves to travel and spend time having fun with her friends and family.



Robert Price, QMAP, CACI
Director of drug testing services

Robert “Rob” Price has had experience on both sides of substance abuse and the court system. Having substance abuse issues and legal problems since he was a teenager, Rob has been sober since 2011. Most of his treatment up until that point was through the court system. Since then he has dedicated his life to helping others with substance abuse issues. “Before joining the Recovery Resources team, I only vaguely knew the services available in the Roaring Fork Valley. That’s why I want to help as many people as possible in finding treatment options.

Robert made the Roaring Fork Valley his home in 2009, and is well established in the local community and loves everything Colorado has to offer. He has also been part of the Recovery Resources team since we opened our doors in November, 2016. He has been the Drug Testing

Supervisor since 2017. He is a registered Colorado Addiction Counselor (CACI), QMAP Qualified, and CPR trained. He also an active member in Alcoholics Anonymous.

Jose Saez, QMAP, PS, CRC, CAC
Recovery Coach - In training

Jose Saez has been in recovery for four years. Jose struggled with substance use and legal issues from a young age. His decision to work in recovery was based on his own experiences. He did not want individuals in this valley to go down the same path.

Jose is from Puerto Rico. He moved to Colorado four years ago. In his spare time he likes to play pool, bingo, and bowling. Jose is a Peer Specialist and a Certified Recovery Coach.
