Your journey to this point has been uniquely you - and your path forward should be, too. Many recovery programs come with rigid schedules and a one size fits all approach. Group programs make it easy to get lost in the crowd.

The HCP is different.

The HCP meets you right where you’re at in your life. Your schedule, your needs, your goals. So you can keep living your life while also investing in your recovery.

What to expect with Holistic Coaching

A man looks down and thinks while resting his chin on his hands

The HCP offers a holistic approach. We don’t focus only on your addiction - we focus on all areas of your life. With the guidance of a Certified Coach, you create a personalized action plan and toolkit. You learn to identify triggers and reframe old behavior patterns so you’re able to make healthy life choices.

Coaching Circle Groups

Coaching Circle Groups are part of the Recovery Resources Holistic Coaching Program. These circles provide a safe space for group connection that supplements individual coaching sessions. Each group is hosted by a professional coach or peer specialist with specific training in mindfulness practices and recovery support.

What to expect:

These small, close-knit groups bring you together weekly with other people who are navigating the ups and downs of the recovery journey. With the guidance of your facilitator and the support of your fellow group members, you’ll find a safe space to learn and grow as you develop your own unique recovery lifestyle.

In your group, you’ll get to:

  • Work with others to build healthy coping skills for overall mental and emotional health

  • Learn about specific tools, exercises and mindfulness practices that will help you sustain long-term recovery

  • Ask for group feedback on struggles you’re facing each week

  • Share and celebrate the successes of your journey

  • Develop meaningful relationships with others

All clients enrolled in 1:1 coaching with the HCP are automatically enrolled in these groups as a weekly support activity. If you’d like to enroll in a Coaching Circle Group only, without the 1:1 coaching component, please indicate this on your HCP application form.

Our core purpose is to support YOU. We believe in you. We empower you to write your new story one page at a time. Your coach offers both accountability and compassion throughout your process. You’ll get to embrace your inner strength and achieve your goals with confidence.

Are you ready to go for it and make recovery your priority?

We’re here to support you!

For the better part of year now I’ve been part of Recovery Resources’ Holistic Coaching Circle. It has been an amazing experience of healing. The collective peer insight coupled with Kelsey’s guidance have helped to build my skill set, enhance my ability to communicate, foster my self worth, to develop healthier patterns and maintain a growth mindset. I’m so very grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of this beautiful program. It has made an incredibly positive impact in my life.”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No.

The HCP doesn’t follow a set curriculum. The HCP uses a combination of virtual support, group sessions, and 1-on-1 coaching. You aren’t working to achieve goals defined by the program - you and your coach define your personal goals and develop an action plan to achieve them on your terms.

  • No.

The HCP is not therapy and the Certified Coach is not a therapist. The HCP focuses on meeting you where you currently are - this is the first page of your new story. The Certified Coach helps you identify goals and obstacles to create an action plan. The focus is on building momentum for your future, not looking back.

Additionally, the price point of HCP sessions are less than typical therapy sessions. The HCP offers an affordable mental health support alternative.

  • Yes!

Because the HCP is different, it’s an excellent compliment to other recovery programs and personal therapy.

  • There are two levels of support you can choose from - Basic or Intensive.

With the Basic Level, you get two 1-on-1 sessions each month with your coach. This is ideal for someone who is further along in their recovery. You have clear goals established and need help with accountability and action planning.

The Intensive Level is weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Together with your Certified Coach, you’ll define your goals and create an action plan. If you’re earlier in your recovery and need more support maintaining your sobriety, this level is best for you.

  • Your coach is available to you via email or phone during business hours.

  • The HCP is 100% voluntary. While the program is tailored to each individual, not everyone will be a good fit. To ensure the program participants get the most benefit, an application is required. The Certified Coach will review applications to determine if the program can help the applicant reach their goals.

You don’t have to continue your journey alone.

The HCP is here to support you. Navigating the stressors and triggers of everyday life is difficult. With our flexible schedule and tailored approach, you don’t have to put your life on hold. You get to prioritize your recovery; on your own terms.

The strength and momentum you need to create your new life is already within you - the HCP will empower you to use it.

With my coach’s guidance, I have been supported to untangle, understand and let go of habits and behaviors that undermine my well-being and self-worth.
