OVERVIEW

We custom design corporate retreats and leadership development programs that strengthen leadership skills, communication, and the ability to work together and problem solve as a team.

Our programs support personal and team well-being, support effective communication and team cohesion, and grow individual and team leadership capabilities that are necessary in the workplace.

Our half- and full-day programs are hosted on 10 acres on Silt Mesa.

    As a non-profit we offer all retreats at affordable rates, with the goal of strengthening local organizations through teaching and refreshing important leadership, teamwork and management skills.

WHY HORSES

By their intuitive nature and innate sensitivity, horses respond to what participants are feeling, and participants need to adjust their feelings and behaviors to work successfully with the horses and one another.

  • A horse’s feedback is honest and instant, giving the participant immediate feedback.

  • Horses help instill awareness, confidence and leadership skills in participants, while modeling assertiveness.

  • Hands-on learning has been shown to be more effective than classroom knowledge for participants of all ages and skillsets.
