If you want to kickstart positive change and build a healthier lifestyle, our FREE Resilience Toolkit is for YOU.

Experiencing positive change and personal growth is all about reducing the negative pressures of stress, worry and fear in our daily lives, so that we have more energy to invest in the important building blocks of a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. These building blocks are things like personal strength, confidence, self-worth, communication skills, emotional literacy and mindfulness skills. Things that help us stay resilient and open to positive change and growth.

A big part of our mission is to help people tap into these important skills and attributes, so they can live their best, most joyful life.

That’s why we created the Resilience Toolkit, provided for FREE on our new virtual community hub. When you visit the R-Hub, you’ll find this toolkit and other resource lists under the Get Support tab of our main menu. Just look under Your Toolkit and then click on Resilience Toolkit. From there, you can search the toolkit for specific resources, print or download them to your device and start learning new skills any time you like.

What exactly are these resources and skills, you might ask?

Great question. In the Resilience Toolkit you’ll find daily mindfulness practices, reflection activities, journal prompts, worksheets, creative exercises, articles and more. Plus, most tools are available to print or download, so you can use them anytime, anywhere, even offline.

Pro tip: We suggest using the toolkit’s filter function to filter the list by a certain resource type, such as “daily practice” or “reflection activity.”

We hope this Toolkit empowers you to deepen your personal growth skill set and connect with real joy and wellbeing, today and every day.

We’re updating this Toolkit with new resources each week, so dive in now for an initial exploration, and then check back in any time you need new inspiration or motivation for growth. And, if you come across a great resource you’d like to share with others, always feel free to email us. We hope to include many suggestions from people just like you as we continue building this Toolkit to serve our community.

Ready to dive in? Check out your Resilience Toolkit today.
